Equipment

  • Salad spinner (optional)

  • 75 grams mixed lettuce
  • 80 grams goat cheese
  • 70 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 20 grams olives
  • 15 grams pickles sweet & sour
  • 30 grams pecan nuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 5 drops liquid sweetener (no calories) e.g. liquid stevia
  • 1 tsp freshly grounded pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Firstly, wash the mixed lettuce. Then let it drain well or use a salad spinner.

  • Thirdly, cut the goat cheese into 6 slices and put them on the mixed lettuce.
  • Then, wash the cherry tomatoes.
  • Lay the cherry tomatoes, pecan nuts, olives, sweet and sour pickles on the lettuce.
  • Put 1 tsp of mustard and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl and stir it well.
  • To create a fake honey-mustard dressing, you can add some drops of liquid stevia to the mustard/olive oil mix.
  • Add some freshly grounded pepper and salt to the dressing, in order to enhance the flavor.
  • Drizzle the dressing on your plate with lettuce.
  • Finally, sprinkle some Italian herbs over the salad.
