Step by step instructions

To make this simple, yet amazing salad? Just follow these 3 steps:

1. Wash the salad

First of all, wash the mixed lettuce. Then let it drain well or use a salad spinner.

Add the salad to a deep plate.

2. Weigh and add the ingredients

If you want to watch your carbs, then start with weighing the ingredients.

Cut the goat cheese into 6 slices and put them on the mixed lettuce. Another option is to grill them for 5 to 10 minutes in the oven, before placing adding them.

Wash the cherry tomatoes. Then, lay the tomatoes, pecan nuts, sweet and sour pickles and olives on the lettuce.

3. Make the dressing

To make a low carb dressing, you take 1 tsp of mustard. Secondly, you add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and you stir well.

To create a kind of fake honey-mustard dressing, you can add some drops of liquid stevia or other sweetener to the dressing to make it sweeter.

Then you add some freshly grounded pepper and salt to the dressing. This will bring out the flavors. Drizzle the dressing on your plate.

Finally, sprinkle some Italian herbs over the salad and you are done.

Enjoy your healthy salad!
