1. Wash the salad
First of all, wash the mixed lettuce. Then let it drain well or use a salad spinner.
Add the salad to a deep plate.
2. Weigh and add the ingredients

Cut the goat cheese into 6 slices and put them on the mixed lettuce. Another option is to grill them for 5 to 10 minutes in the oven, before placing adding them.

3. Make the dressing

- 75 grams mixed lettuce
- 80 grams goat cheese
- 70 grams cherry tomatoes
- 20 grams olives
- 15 grams pickles sweet & sour
- 30 grams pecan nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 5 drops liquid sweetener (no calories) e.g. liquid stevia
- 1 tsp freshly grounded pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Firstly, wash the mixed lettuce. Then let it drain well or use a salad spinner.
- Secondly, add the salad to a deep plate.
- Thirdly, cut the goat cheese into 6 slices and put them on the mixed lettuce.
- Then, wash the cherry tomatoes.
- Lay the cherry tomatoes, pecan nuts, olives, sweet and sour pickles on the lettuce.
- Put 1 tsp of mustard and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl and stir it well.
- To create a fake honey-mustard dressing, you can add some drops of liquid stevia to the mustard/olive oil mix.
- Add some freshly grounded pepper and salt to the dressing, in order to enhance the flavor.
- Drizzle the dressing on your plate with lettuce.
