In the recipes part of this blog, we will explain everything about healthy food, that in our opinion is the foundation to create a healthy body. We will post information and recipes about for example the keto diet, low carb living and other healthy diets.

So please check all our delicious recipes! We will tag the recipes, in order for you to find the best recipes, recipes for beginners, easy or quick dishes, keto or low carb meals, one person/single household meals, food that your kids will love and dishes that the men in our lives are crazy for. 

Below you can find some of our delicious recipes that fit into a ketogenic diet. This kind of diet reduces the intake of carbs and replaces it mainly by increasing (healthy) fats. By doing this, your body starts to burn fat to generate energy, instead of using carbohydrates. The result is that you will burn your own body fat and loose weight.

We also have Low Carb recipes. These contain on average more carbs than the Keto recipes, since on Keto you have to limit your carb into to about 23 grams a day (depending on the person). 

 

The Low Carb diet is less restrictive in terms of vegetables but still helps you to lose weight.

 

Below you can find some examples of our low carb meals. We will try to indicate if a recipe is easy or difficult, which can come in handy for beginners or newbies.
