Take a big bowl and add the almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husk, xanthan gum and salt to it. Whisk until well mixed.

2. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl

In another bowl, add the greek yogurt and olive oil and stir.

It is time to add the wet ingredients in the bowl with the dry ingredients. Make sure to stir everything with a fork until a dough forms.

If you want you can now wash your hands and kneed the dough just very briefly.

5. Create the garlic, parsley and coriander butter

First, we will start with melting the butter in the microwave or in a pan.

Cut the garlic in small pieces. Wash the fresh parsley and coriander, remove the stems and cut the leaves into small pieces. Add all this to the melted butter. Add some salt and pepper to taste and stir it.

Let it rest for a bit, because then the flavours will mix.

6. Roll out the dough and bake the bread in the oven or a skillet

Now you have a choice between baking the naan bread in the oven or in a skillet.

Keto Garlic Naan Bread from the oven

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/ 356 degrees Fahrenheit.

Firstly, take one of the portions and place it onto parchment paper. Secondly, take another (smaller) piece of parchment paper and press the dough flat. The Naan Bread should be about 0.5 cm thick.

Then continue with the rest of the dough balls and spread them evenly on an oven grill rack. If necessary, bake it in 2 batches.

Spread some of the melted butter, garlic, parsley and coriander mixture on top of each naan bread.

Bake the Keto Garlic Naan Bread for about 10-12 minutes in the oven, until golden brown.

Garlic naan made in a skillet

When using this option, you start with heating up a skillet with olive oil or butter. You can use medium heat for this. Let the oil or butter heat up for a moment and then place one portion of the naan dough in the pan.

With a spatula you can press the dough carefully, so it flattens and becomes a bread. It doesn’t have to be perfectly round, as it will look more authentic if it keeps a natural shape. Keep pressing until the dough is about 0.5 cm thick.

After about 2 minutes, turn the bread carefully. Take another spoon of the melted garlic butter mixture and spread it on the top of the naan bread.

Bake the bread until it has a golden brown colour. Turn the bread again if one side looks a bit pale.

The Keto Garlic Naan Bread will be ready once both sides have a nice brown colour.
