Tuna Salad
- 50 grams / ¾ cup of mixed lettuce
- 70 grams / 1 oz or a small can of tuna in oil
- 1 boiled egg
- 50 grams / 1 ¾ oz of truffle cheese
- 10 black olives
- ¼ avocado
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ red onion
- Salt (himalayan) - to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
Dressing
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ¼ lemon juice
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence (Provençal herbs)
- ½ tbsp olive oil

- Cutting board

1. Boil the eggs and cut the vegetables

Secondly, wash the mixed lettuce and the vegetables. Place the lettuce on a plate.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and drain the tuna. Then, cut a quarter of an avocado and red onion into slices. Put it all on top of the lettuce.
Now add the olives and chop up some (truffle) cheese.
2. Prepare the salad dressing
For the salad dressing, you combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, herbs de Provence, and olive oil in a small bowl.
Give it a good stir.
